The purpose of a cover letter is to introduce you as an individual and prompt the reader to read your CV. It adds a personal touch each time your CV is sent out and we recommend that you never send a CV without one.
We produce two types of cover letters:
Specific: These are prepared taking into account the background and skill set required for a specific vacancy. We ask that you supply a copy of the job description and/or the advertisement.
Speculative: These are prepared when you are writing to a company to establish what opportunities may exist for someone with your skills or in response to potential vacancies. Alternatively, we can produce a generic cover letter, which can be tweaked slightly depending on the role being applied for. Our speculative cover letters that are designed for utmost effect whenever they are sent out.
For each cover letter produced, a short questionnaire is required to be completed.
