CVs from Scratch
Perhaps you have never had the need for a CV or maybe you just want to start again.
In order to produce a CV from scratch, we require that you complete our standard questionnaire. After placing your order, the form can be downloaded in Microsoft Word 2000 or completed online. The online form cannot be saved, so should you wish to complete the form at your leisure, we recommend you select the download option.
We appreciate that most people detest forms. Should this be you, we do offer the option of talking everything through over the telephone. We charge a 20% premium for this service.

CV Reformat
Should you have an existing CV that needs to be updated or reworked, this is the service for you.
In order to have your CV professionally reformatted, we ask that you complete our standard questionnaire but provide us only with information that is not already provided on your CV.
After placing your order, the form can be downloaded in Microsoft Word 2000 or completed online. The online form cannot be saved, so should you wish to complete the form at your leisure, we recommend you select the download option.
CV Updates
This is a service provided to existing Impressive CV customers only. Should you require any changes or additions to your CV, please contact us to discuss. Alternatively, please email the information to be added or updated to: update@impressivecvs.co.uk, together with your CV. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we endeavour to provide you with a quotation within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Process for all CV orders
As part of our CV and Resume writing services, our consultants will conduct a telephone consultation to discuss your particular requirements in more detail. Alternatively, we are happy to correspond via e-mail.
Once we have received your order, your forms and cleared payment, your can expect a first draft within five working days. A DRAFT copy of your Curriculum Vitae will be emailed to you for your review and comments. You have 14 days in which to make as many changes as necessary; we endeavour to make changes within 24 hours.
